8 RRSW/MSV REQUIREMENT Full and Open Competition The Government envisions that it will award the Initial Standup task for the RRSW and the Innovation, Standards, and Architecture task for the MSV at award of the contracts. One or more of the sample tasks may also be awarded at the time of contract award.
