These activities include calibration, replacing chemical/biological filters, maintaining historical results to calibrations, testing/balancing of the system, and an emergency call function that is available 24/7 to respond within 4 hrs Adding a new requirement for maintaining 11 AHU’s and performing Information Technology upgrades Draft contract type and CLIN structure is TBD May possess Firm Fixed Priced CLINs for routine support and Cost Reimbursable CLINs for any unscheduled work such as emergency calls The contract will be written for 1 base year and 4/1- year options

No proprietary information discussion in One-on-One’s and no marketing materials/information authorized KUMMSC Facility Tour - stay together during the tour To take the tour – you must have a security clearance and you must have been cleared through JPAS prior to the event DO NOT engage current contract employees! All prospective contractors shall receive the same tour
