Fit people are better equipped to deal with their daily lives than non-fit people. –Fitness includes all aspects of health and life. –It incorporates physical, mental, emotional, and social health. What is Fitness?

The term “fitness” means more than just physical fitness and exercise. Everyone should try to achieve total fitness: fitness of the whole person including physical, mental, social, and emotional well-being. Good nutrition, good dental health, and lots of relaxation and sleep are important to total fitness. A totally fit person is in good physical condition and is socially and emotionally mature for his or her age. Total or Complete Fitness
