NOWG will track all issues raised and make information available to NANC. NOWG can decide: Resolution of the issue and parties are satisfied, so we need not give details to the NANC. Resolution of the issue, but it is important enough to cover the issue and recommended resolution to the NANC. The issue is something that should be addressed by the NANC in which case the NOWG will gather data to facilitate NANC resolution. Nothing in this precludes a party going directly to the NANC or the FCC. If NANPA or the party raising the issue disagree with the outcome, they may still raise the issue to the NANC or the FCC.
