5 5 Intellectual Property Rights NOWG and NeuStar cannot come to agreement. Narrow View: Only intellectual property created by or for NANPA and the associated equipment modified to run that intellectual property are transferable. Broad View: All intellectual property that NANPA obtains via purchase or development, and all equipment used with that intellectual property, are potentially transferable if obtained following Lockheed Martins selection as NANPA.
