Scheduling Using Outlook Outlook allows you to view my schedule (LMC Schedule) and to reserve the library for lessons and orientation. Instructions on how to view my calendar are always on the shared drive in the Library Media Center folder, “How to Questions” folder. Basic Guidelines Include name, time, and description (no mystery times) Be considerate

Take Advantage of Open Circulation Add as a center in small group times (reduces the number of students in class) examples located in Know where they are in RC or AR and what they are reading. (utilize the log) logs located in Reading Counts folder Build into SQUIRT time. Give the library staff info on student reading habits, problems, etc. (use folders as communication tools.) Use silent reading times in the LMC as an incentive.

(foster responsibility). Overdue Items – (assist in book recovery with monthly overdue report) Let me know if you are having problems. (idea is to promote independent pace and make your life easier!)
