Purpose  Reflect on the components of the Fall Progress Monitoring Data Meeting using the Success Analysis Protocol.  Identify lessons learned that can be replicated in future data meetings.

In one of the grade-level classrooms with students waiting to be tested in another classroom Data collection is set up in adjacent room How Does the Collection Take Place? All students from a grade go to one classroom and are given an independent activity that requires minimal supervision. Students are pulled and quickly assessed Can usually be done in 1 day AdvantagesDisadvantages Teachers have opportunity to test some of their own students Easier to ensure standardized administration Can typically get an entire grade done in one day Detracts from instructional time A qualified person needs to supervise children while data is collected
