2010 Year In Review and Looking Ahead

Memory Walk walks nationwide 283,000 participants –6% growth 33,000 teams –7% growth $42.2 million total raised –$7.4 million sponsorship –$34.8 million participant revenue –3% growth in total revenue

The Good We are still growing! –57% walks demonstrated growth Reduced the number of $0 participants. –Just under 35% 54 Chapters demonstrated overall program growth. Continued to grow recruitment efforts as a result of nationwide advertising spends.

The Great / Outstanding True leaders –119 walks grew by more than 25% 103,000 participants took an additional action! Chapters used Walk transition to re- energize participants and continue the conversation.

The Opportunity Still more than 40% walks decreased over $8.44 per every person with Alzheimer’s Still significant opportunity ahead! –$0 participants –New Metro Walks –Retention
