E-timesheets  Setup of Jonas Users –E-timesheet users are defined in Jonas. –Access options and security settings are defined for each user.

E-timesheets  Setup Jonas Payroll –The payroll becomes active on the e- timesheet website when the “web enables” flag is checked.

E-timesheets  Administrator Options: –Signing into the website allows you to make decisions about the appearance and function of your website.

E-timesheets  Reports and Forms Design: –Reports and Forms can be designed to suit the requirements of your organization. –While forms can be accessed by all users, reports will be limited by the restrictions selected in the user profile.

E-timesheets  Custom Manager Reports –Reports created in the custom manger by the administrator can be accessed in the reports area by users with access

E-timesheets  Setup-Home Page Messages –The messages to be posted on the home page are defined by the Administrator.

E-timesheets  Setup-User Options –There are several user options that will allow you to customize the functionality of your website.

E-timesheets  Administration-Reset/Delete Document –In the event a payroll is deleted in Jonas after time has been submitted from e-timesheets, the Administrator can log into the website and either delete or reset the entries.

E-timesheets  Users - Forms –When users log into the website, they can access the pre- defined forms. –These can then be submitted to designates.

E-timesheets  Time Entry –The time entry screen is easy to navigate and offers several shortcuts to accelerate time entry.

E-timesheets  Reporting –For those users who have access, Ad Hoc and Custom reports are available. –Ad Hoc reports offer an easy download to excel while the custom reports can be easily saved and printed on demand.

E-timesheets  Submit Time –Once time has been submitted from the e-timesheets website, it is managed in Jonas payroll.

E-timesheets  Once imported into Jonas, the records can be accepted, rejected or modified.

E-timesheets  Transaction records can be hi-lighted, printed in black text, or printed in red text

E-timesheets  In e-timesheets, we can see the change in status.
