When you first start doing gymnastics training! Make sure you stretch. Do this by doing lunge. Then splits all ways. Pike stretches Straddle stretches Shoulder stretches Back stretches Neck stretches Then warm up- Do this by running up and down the mat Then skipping Hopping Sashays Side sashays Knees up running Kicking your bottom running Toe points

Now that you have warmed up you should start doing some skills- Floor- Cartwheels, Handstands, Round-offs, Floor routine Back flips Backward and forward walk over's Beam- Walking on your toes up and down the beam Jumping along the beam, Handstands, Cartwheels, Split jumps and leaps, Dismount and mount Routine Turns on one leg Continued on next page

Just to let you know! When you do gymnastics your child or you can get some Really bad injuries. That only happens if you don’t do the Properly or there is something wrong with the equipment your using. If something happens the coach Will be there to help, they can always call the Ambulance and if it is just a pain that keeps coming Back when you do gym, you can always go to a physio.
