Tsuyoshi will contact her. Bob will contact Kurt Steinhaus, the NM State Deputy Secretary for Education (a LANL staff member on change of station). Bob will send government relations office an outlining PAC07, interfaces, goals, etc.

Checking the presentation files (fonts, animations, etc.) at the venue.

29 March 20065th PAC07 LOC meeting17 Sponsorship Normally PAC gets sponsorship from IEEE, APS, DOE, NSF and NRL to assist us getting support for students, publications, etc. Tsuyoshi has communicated with Karen Galuchie, IEEE Development & Grants Officer. She suggests that we apply for a DOE grant DE-FG01-06ER06-01 (Continuation of Solicitation for the Office of Science Financial Assistance Program). The application deadline is 1 September Tsuyoshi will work on this. What about NSF, NRL and other sponsors? We need to include the sponsorship info in the second to vendors for coffee breaks, wine & beer Wednesday, students, best poster prizes, etc.
