Why are we doing it? To make change (the street, relations among people). What will the impact be? Inhabitants will become motivated, proactive, optimistic, cooperative. How will it represent the interests of stakeholders and users? We will come up with compromised decision for individual and community expectations.

Who is going to be involved? - Cultural mapping team - Business people - Policy makers - Chamber of Commerce - Entrepreneurs - Media - Inhabitants, - NGOs - Local authorities - Intellectuals.

Who are we writing the business plan for? - Initiators of the process. - Inhabitats of the city. - Everyone involved. - Foundations

What is the purpose of the business case? - Create local bottom-up ownership. - To get people involved. - To make change. - To plan the process.

Who needs to be involved to get buy-in and to make it happen? - Inhabitants of the city - Local authorities - Media

What is the reason for solution? - We envisage opportunities for open and trustful communication. - We open and opportunity to build comfortable environment to live and work in. - We believe that the shared vision is necessary to have better usage of available resources and to make change happen.

What are the problems? - No trust to each other. - No communication in the community. - No common vision for the street and the city. - No participative framework and people are not used to work together on strategic issues. - No responsible leadership.

What are we going to do? - Create a participative framework (platforms). - Initiate changes on different levels (street itself, mentality of people)

What are the benefits of the solution? - Increased social participation. - Improved public spaces in the Kiraly street - Local bottom-up model is developed and used for other initiatives in the city.

What makes this difference? - Process is the major value and the product is an added value. - Partnership of different stakeholders. - Long term planning + implementation

What are the risks of the solution? - People are not used to work in a participative framework. - Potential conflict of interests on behalf of influential individuals and the community. -This is a long process and people are inpatient.

What do we need to make it happen? - Be consistent and responsible. - Website. - World Café meetings. - Public activities in the Kiraly street. - Regular press-releases. - Yearly public reports. - Venues for meetings and work. - Running costs. - One (two) full-time facilitators/coordinators. - Support from community.

What are the main milestones? - Initiators group is established. - Workshop(s) on business plan development. - Draft business plan is developed and agreed by initiators. - Draft business plan is presented to the community. - Draft business plan is updated with community comments/remarks. - Steering Committee is established. - Financial resources are secured. - Coordinator(s)/facilitator(s) is hired. - Shared vision is developed. - Strategy for the vision implementation is developed. - Evaluation is done along the whole process.

What are the evidences of success? - The street is attractive to local people and tourists. - The street is well-known in the city/country/abroad. - Inhabitants of Pecs initiate other bottom-up projects in the city.
