GA6. Visibility of the Action – overview of training activities Cultur-exp project, Tbilisi 2013

SA6 activities as specified in the Grant Application Form Proposed two phases of the visibility activities: The first phase, until the platform is implemented and operational, will focus on disseminating the project to the culture producers and operators in order to ensure their participation in the platform and their cooperation at content migration process. Starting with the end of the implementation of the platform, the visibility activities will focus on information campaigns targeted at wide audience, including all culture actors. Dedicated liaison officer and subcontracted 2 communication experts will be provided by EFRC to ensure wide participation in the platform by external culture owners, producers and operators. For that purpose EFRC will prepare online training, 5 external media events, and identity pack to be used by the project and during all related events. IT expert from RENAM will be involved in organization of targeted online workshops for initial platform users. Cultur-exp project, Tbilisi 2013
