GA6: Visibility of the Action Activity 6.1 Targeted online workshop for initial platform users RENAM and ERFC together with GRENA considered two possible approaches of on-line training workshop preparation and deployment: Organization of the serious of on-line training meetings using elaborated unified tutorial; Elaboration and providing accss to on-line tutorial allocated at the platform. The second scenario was recommended for realization. Activities of RENAM and ERFC were focused on creation of on-line tutorial and this on-line tutorial should be the main tool which stakeholders – initial platform users can use at any time. Existing version of the developed CULTUR-EXP platform tutorial materials and online workshop/tutorial video have been uploaded to the platform. 11 The third project meeting, April 2, 2015, Yerevan, Armenia

GA6: Visibility of the Action To raise visibility of the project and created platform we considered the importance and necessity of Romanian translation of informational and promotional materials - LoS, MoUs, Press-releases, Invitations, Newsletters, Brochure as a catalyst of local content preparation campaign, supporter of internal and external communication. All collected and translated promotional materials look like complete promotional package. However, from practical steps of local content preparation campaign it became clear that all these informational materials are not sufficient. It is necessary to have some additioanal stuff like promotional videos, radio and TV materials, visual advertising, etc. 12 The third project meeting, April 2, 2015, Yerevan, Armenia

GA6: Visibility of the Action Continued actions to inform users about the possibilities for users offered by the platform and explanation of content loading procedure on the platform. RENAM team continued negotiating the localization of the links to the platform site http://cultur-exp.eu/ at the web-sites of universities, members of RENAM Association and especially on the web-sites of universities specializing in arts and culture specialists preparation. In the beginning of 2015 RENAM and StarArt, the partner company of StarNet Holding, agreed to wider mutual collaboration between StarNet team engaged in cultural initiatives promotion and RENAM to promote common cultural and social projects in Moldova, including StarArt and CULTUR-EXP. RENAM continued distribution of the promotional materials both through voluntary methods and in the premises of the significant cultural events, at the 'cultural' fairs and through public and university libraries, announcements places in the academic institutions, cultural organizations and culture higher education institutions. 13 The third project meeting, April 2, 2015, Yerevan, Armenia

GA7: Management and coordination of the Action Preparation information for periodic and interim reports; Providing periodic and interim financial reports; Interim audit organization; Results of financial activity are permanently monitoring. 14 The third project meeting, April 2, 2015, Yerevan, Armenia

Some suggestions from GA6- Visibility of the Action Basic elements of the platform functionality discussed at the monitoring meeting with Dr. Marine Mizandari: The attractiveness of the Platform site – we have prospects for improvement; The continuity of the project – conditions, forms and ways of prolongation of the platform maintaining, functional development; The sponsorship as a possible means of the platform livelihood support; perspectives of working with technological parks, business incubators, technology transfer agency; Possibility to merger or some kind of acquisition of other similar projects in the field of culture and art. As one of the examples - www.euroeastculture.eu 15 The third project meeting, April 2, 2015, Yerevan, Armenia

Some suggestions from GA6- Visibility of the Action The elite (prominent) culture and art representatives have own resources for their activities promotion. At their disposal there are own web sites or available affiliated mass media; they are familiar with financing mechanisms of cultural events. We have to find appropriate ways to establish contacts with them. Multilingual aspect - English is easily accessible platform for cultural organizations; for individual popular actors may be needed some kind of transliteration. For the most of registered users navigation on the platform would be difficult in Armenian, Georgian, Greek. RENAM in general supports the ideas presented by ERFC team - Five Campaigns and MEDIA CAMPAIGN SPECIFICATION 5. 16 The third project meeting, April 2, 2015, Yerevan, Armenia

Future Plans Was drafted the internal plan for translation to local language and distribution of promotional materials - brochures, Cultural-Exp newsletters, invitation to access and use of the CULTURe EXchange Platform. Permanent renewal of the basic information - Contacts list, Events list, etc. Permanent monitoring and approaching Organizers of the important / relevant events / festivals in Moldova end Romania; Negotiation and promotion of signature of LoS, MoUs – confirmation of personal and institutional support of the platform development and utilization; Presenting CULTUR-EXP platform at major cultural events and international meetings (conferences, seminars, etc.). Intensify collaboration with sponsors of cultural events for popularization of CULTURAL-EXP platform in Moldova and Romania. 17 The third project meeting, April 2, 2015, Yerevan, Armenia

Future Plans Preparation of reports or news about the attractiveness of the platform for culture and art communities Resolving problems regarding the registration of new members from local culture and art communities on the CULTUR-EXP portal. Negotiating the location of the link http://cultur-exp.eu/ on the similar cultural related sites (like fest.md), social sites, web sites of universities specializing in culture and art, mass-media.http://cultur-exp.eu/ Diversification of possible actions for promotion of the CULTUR-EXP platform content. Studying and working with similar projects having the aim to establish mutually useful relations (like http://www.euroeastculture.eu/, Eastern Partnership Territorial Cooperation www.eaptc.eu).http://www.euroeastculture.eu/www.eaptc.eu RENAM looking for finding ability to make presentation / demonstration of the platform at resonant international festivals; this activity remains in our attention for the foreseeable future. 18 The third project meeting, April 2, 2015, Yerevan, Armenia
