Without involvement of all the stakeholders we will be unable to develop a robust and sustainable plan.

Primary, secondary and collateral stakeholders need to be involved from both the public and private side to craft a robust set of implementation and operational policies

Many of the stakeholders are The same, but many are not. Examples include the insurance and vehicle repair and service industries
