EXISTED SITUATION OF HOSPITAL 1.Feasability of the hospital is necessary. 2.Construction Completed as informed. 3.Architectural Detay Drawings Completed be needed to clarify the followings:  Interior design and furniture specifications  Electro-Mechanical Design  IT  Equipment layout based on generic equipment data.  Infra-structure systems design for medical and support services based on generic equipment data.  Infra-structural contractual specifications and drawings based on generic equipment data.

EQUIPMENT PURCHASE 1.Analysis of hospital equipment needs and preparation of a requirements list.

EQUIPMENT PURCHASE 2.Preparation of Request for Proposals (RFP) or Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents which will consist of the following three parts: 1.Administrative Specifications. Required proposal or quotation method. 1.Technical Specifications. 2.Draft contract including warranty conditions and after-warranty maintenance agreement.

EQUIPMENT PURCHASE 3.Evaluation of offers based on objective criteria for brand and model selection : 1.Correction of deficiencies and standardization of offers. 2.Price and feature comparison tables.
