WHAT IS THE COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH PARTNERSHIP OF SOUTHEASTERN MICHIGAN? Lenawee, Livingston, Monroe and Washtenaw County is CMHPSM. PEER SUPPORT SPECIALISTS What is a Certified Peer Support Specialist? (CPSS) A person in recovery and certified to help peers in their journey of recovery.
