Ingredients : +3 cups cake flour sifted +2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder +1/2 teaspoon salt +1 3/4 cups granulated sugar +2/3 cup butter or margarine + 2 eggs + 1 ½ teaspoons pure vanilla extract + 1 ¼ cups milk
Preparing Cookware! Preheat oven to 350* F
Mixing Ingredients Combine all dry assets using a standard sifter Beat butter and sugar together with automatic mixer Add eggs and vanilla to sugar/butter mixture Alternately add mixed dry ingredients with milk Beat until smooth
Fill ‘Er Up! Fill cupcake sleeves half way full, for the cake batter will rise.
Time to wait Place cupcakes on the center rack once oven is preheated Bake for minuets
The Toothpick Test After passing the toothpick test, leave cupcakes to fully cool.
DECORATE! After cooling, add your favorite frosting, sprinkles, candies, or even a cool design to make your ultimate cupcake dreams come true!
