1. New Users: Create An Account  Visit smartwork.wwnorton.com and create a new account as a first-time user.  Click the link in the confirmation to confirm your account and return to SmartWork Note: Returning users will skip this step. Login using your existing username and password, and proceed to Step 2.

2. Join Your Teacher’s Course  Select your course discipline (e.g. “Geology)  Locate your teacher’s course; click on the course title to enter  Complete the Enrollment and Registration form  Enter the Enrollment Key supplied by your teacher  Enter a Registration code purchased from Norton, or choose the 2-week trial access option

2b. How Do I Get A Registration Code?  SmartWork registration codes come with all new copies of the textbook purchased in the bookstore.  If your book didn’t come with a registration code, buy one at Note: If you purchase your registration code through Norton’s website, you will create an account for that site also. You can use the same and password for both sites.

3. Activate Your Ebook  Login to your SmartWork course  Locate the EBOOK block (top left)  Activate your account and set a password Note: Single-term SmartWork codes purchased online for $20 do not include ebook access.
