 the world economic : instability and uncertainty  The customs’s duty: a. promote trade growth and economic prosperity. b. help enterprises to innovate, reform and realize sustainable development. Background At present, the world economic recovery is still faced instability and uncertainty, and international trade is confronted with new difficulties and challenges. The customs are duty-bound to promote trade growth and economic prosperity as well as to help enterprises to innovate, reform and realize sustainable development.

 adopted various effective measures to enhance the building of enterprise credit system : a.revised Measures of the General Administration of Customs of China on Classified Management of Enterprises b.officially announced the Interim Measures of the Customs of China for the Administration of Enterprise Credit Measures : First, deepening AEO mutual recognition cooperation

 China Customs actively promote reform to simplify clearance procedures a.Promoted a “single window” for international trade. b.Pushed forward “one-stop” service and brought all port administrative authorities to join the model of “joint examination, one-time release”. c. Improved the mechanism of sharing and using information. d. Established an efficient port customs clearance mode. Measures: Second, strengthening the coordination mechanism of simplified clearance procedures

 China Customs is actively promoting reforms in integrated customs clearance Accelerated integration of management between inland, coastal, and border areas: it is viable to make customs declaration in either the customs of the port where the goods enter or leave, or the customs administration in the same place as the declarant’s residence. Measures : Third, working towards the goal of integrated customs clearance.

 China Customs has undergone a series of reforms to promote trade, secure growth and advance economic progress. a.Improving port service. b.Improving port facilities. c.Deepening coordination among ports and improving trade environment. d.Strengthening enforcement cooperation at ports. Measures : Fourth, supporting stable growth of foreign trade by improving port administration.

 Expanded the scope of cooperation on trade facilitation, building bridges for enterprises going abroad.Improving port facilities.  Supported the development of China-Europe freight trains.  Reinforced customs-business dialogues.  Promoted connectivity among Chinese ports and those of neighbouring countries and accelerated the negotiation progress of the TIR Convention. Measures : Fifth, promoting trade facilitation based on stronger international cooperation

 In order to contribute to trade facilitation promotion, we need to cooperate more closely.  In order to contribute to closer customs- business ties, we need to strengthen communication.  In order to contribute to higher supervision efficiency, we need to reform and innovate. Proposals :

Conclusion  We come together, because we want to cooperate more tightly for a common goal;  we come together, because we want to reform and innovate in the new era;  we come together, because we want to further ties with the business and facilitate trade. China Customs stand ready to work with its global counterparts and business friends into a better future.
