Side 5 The Danish Gender Equality Law Purpose To promote equality and equal value between men and women: -equal influence and opportunities in all social functions Applies to all state institutions and all private companies providing goods and services under public procurement

Gender composition in public boards, commissions, etc. Should have equal composition of women and men Proposals for members of boards, commissions, etc. shall name an equal amount of both sexes Side 6
