SOME TIPS TO REDUCE TEETH AND GUM DISEASE  Brush at least twice a day for two minutes  Use dental floss to clean in between your teeth once a day  Avoid smoking  Pay special attention to oral hygiene  Limit acidic drinks like soft drinks, cordials and fruit juices.  Limit sugary foods.
