Introduction Improvement of Student Achievement Continues to be a District Priority The Hamilton Township Five Year Strategic Plan is Providing the Blueprint for Change New Curricula has been Implemented in New Instructional Evaluations are Currently Taking Place Student Achievement is now a Part of the Summative Teacher Evaluation NJ Performance Reports are Giving More Detailed Data to Help Guide Instruction The Reporting of Grades has been Aligned to Skills and Standards Subject-Specific Curriculum Supervisors and Instructional Technology Specialists have been put in Place for this School Year. 2

These constituents include certified teachers, non-certified staff, parents, and students.
