Project Reporting Guidance Notes on Project Reporting for FP7 Projects Available online at

Reporting Requirements 1  During the course of the project, we should submit: deliverables The deliverables identified in Dow, according to the timetable specified in the deliverables list Intermediate Project Update Reports (IPUR) Intermediate Project Update Reports (IPUR) every 6 months Periodic Reports Periodic Reports after the end of each reporting period (including the last reporting period)

IPUR Template (1) 1. Publishable Summary  Summary description of project objectives, of the work performed since the beginning of the project, of the main results achieved so far, of the expected final results and their potential impact and use  Should enable direct publication by the EC and should be formatted as a stand-alone paper  Should reflect the website of the project, the project logo and contact details.

IPUR Template (2) 2. Project Objectives for the Period  An overview of the project objectives for the reporting period in question  A summary of the recommendations from previous reviews (if any) and how these have been taken into account

Explanation of the Use of the Resources  Provides explanation of personnel cost and any major costs incurred by each beneficiary (such as equipment costs, travel costs, costs for consumable items, etc) linking them to WPs.  These shall be listed in Tables These shall be listed in Tables

Reporting Requirements 2  At the end of the project we should submit: Final Report A Final Report (within 60 days after the end of the project)  The Final Report shall comprise: final publishable summary report A final publishable summary report covering results, conclusions and socio-economic impact of the project wider societal implications plan for the use and dissemination of foreground A report covering the wider societal implications of the project, as well as the plan for the use and dissemination of foreground

 After we have received the final payment from the EC, we should submit: A report on the distribution of the EC financial contribution between beneficiaries (submitted by the coordinator 30 days after receipt of the final payment) Such a report is not required for intermediate payments Reporting Requirements 3

 Milestone 2: Analysis Framework (3 rd Steering Committee Meeting November 2009?) Partners will meet during thematic workshops to discuss preliminary fieldwork results and empirical findings, and decide upon the overall common framework and categories of analysis to be applied. Each partner will attend the workshops of the relevant thematic work packages are participating in (p. 37 of DoW) There will be six thematic work package meetings. These meetings will be organised in the form of a workshop … at the partner’s respective country (p. 41 of Dow) Overview of Next Milestone and Steering Committee Meeting
