4 D11.3 Inception Report Objectives: Content Action
Summarise the scope, the general methodological approach and the objectives Point out all the modifications to the work plan Report all the progress in each work package Content Review of the workpackage objectives Change with respect to the text of the DoW (e.g. WP5 deliverables, staff, etc) Progress so far List of deliverables Action 17/09: ISIS circulates template and instructions to WP leaders 23/09: reaction WP leaders to content sections 25/09: ISIS send to the partners the final version of the deliverable

5 D11.4 Data Management Plan Objectives: Contents (for each data set)
to provide an analysis of the main elements of the data management policy that will be used in the project with regard to all the datasets that will be generated It is not a fixed document, but evolves during the lifespan of the project Contents (for each data set) Data set description Standards and metadata Data sharing Archiving and preservation

6 D11.4 Data Management Plan Aspects to be analysed:
With reference to the NEMESIS model: The inputs coming from the partners (especially from WP1 to 8) to integrate the impact of each commitment in the model; The other inputs needed to define the baseline and the exogenous variables; The data representing the outputs of the model. ACTION: by Monday 21 September, SEURECO will inventory all data collected in the project and precise the different features. At project level: we should know at WP/commitment level the sources used by the partners to collect data and the output generated by the project in each workpackage. ACTION: by Monday 21 September, UN-MERIT (scientific coordinator) will provide inputs about how the information will be organised and managed.

7 Periodic Reports 3 periodic reports: Two sections:
RP1: from month 1 to month 12 (February 2016) - due by end of April 2016 Two sections: Technical report Part A – online. Publishable summary and the answers to the questionnaire covering issues related to the project implementation and the economic and social impact Part B - narrative part (PDF). It includes explanations of the work carried out by the beneficiaries during the reporting period. Financial report : Individual financial statements; Explanation of the use of resources and the information on subcontracting and in-kind contributions provided by third parties from each beneficiary for the reporting period concerned; A periodic summary financial statement including the request for interim payment Guidelines available on dropbox

8 Dissemination aspects in the periodic report
Information needed for the Horizon 2020 periodic report – this will need to be sent regularly to using the Publications and Dissemination Activities Form Scientific publications Dissemination and communication activities related to the project + type of audience Intellectual property rights Innovation-related activities Prototypes, testing, clinical trials New products, processes or methods Private companies within the project introducing innovations
