Excellence in Corporate Culture Dr. Pranav Pandya, MD Head – All World Gayatri Pariwar, Chancellor – Dev Sanskriti University, Shantikunj, Haridwar

The Paradigm Shift Globally human society is subjected to too much change in too little time. A paradigm shift in corporate scenario is also being experienced - that is from mechanistic and linear to a more organic and Holistic.

Globalization World is now economic global village. What about cultural, emotional, intellectual interactions, that can bind the villagers together.

Diversity and Inclusion … Cultures differ greatly in processes, attitudes, and approaches to daily activities – essential activities in the workplace. Communication styles, decision-making styles, attitudes toward conflict, approaches to completing tasks, attitudes toward disclosure, and approaches to knowing also differ.

Cultural Intelligence The newest accepted facet of intelligence, finding a place alongside emotional, interpersonal, and social intelligence. The ability to understand and learn other cultures, and to deal successfully with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Spiritual outlook in corporate world In this age of shifting paradigm it has become all the more important to enjoy your day to day work as well as take pride in creating a work atmosphere conducive to human growth. All this needs a reconnection to the very root of ourselves – Spirituality

The zeal of human race to survive in adverse conditions, facing extremities of nature points towards the inherent potential.
