Convocation… First Convocation of the university was held on 8 th November, 2004 in which Shri Bhairon Singh Shekhawat the Hon’ble Vice-President of India conferred the degrees to the postgraduate students in the presence of Shri Sudarshan Agarwal the Hon’ble Governor of Uttranchal & Dr. Pranav Pandya Hon’ble Chancellor of the University.
