EMPLOYER TRACKING SYSTEM

Referral Protocol Identify additional business need Determine appropriate referral organization – MEDC, MRS, CFB, MWA, Other (Vets, Ag Specialist, etc.) Determine appropriate contact at referral organization Inform employer – who will be contacting him/her Identify by position only, if necessary – he/she can expect contact within 2 business days Inform organization contact of referral

Service guarantees are familiar to MWA and partner staff – ie. Answer phone calls within 3rd ring. Staff making referrals will inform the business that they will be contacted within 2 business days. It is important that information be entered into the Tracking System within 5 days so that Follow up can be done MWA and state staff know if there are additional actions that need to be taken.
