Professional Science Master’s PLUS COURSES BUSINESS AND COMMUNICATION  Oral and written communication/presentation skills  Business fundamentals  Organizational behavior/leadership  Project management And Others – entrepreneurship, technology transfer, business law and/or ethics.

Professional Science Master’s PLUS COURSES OFFERED THROUGH UMass ONLINE  Available to PSM students on all campuses  Expanded scheduling – fall, spring, winter, summer  Wide variety of options possible – 1,2,3 credit  Available from faculty on all campuses  Common core for all STEM

Professional Science Master’s INTERNSHIP/CO-OP  350 HOURS, 3-6 month duration  business, government agency or research institute directly related to their area of study.  student engages in real world work situations involving technical problems, teamwork, communication skills and decision-making.  completed a minimum of 18 credit hours before  1 credit reflective seminar concurrent  accommodations for working professionals
