Sunday, May 6 Orientation: Tory Quad Rain Locations: – UC Galleria 1 pm: courses 200 – pm: courses 218 – pm: courses 236 – 253 Review the activities for the week: course outlines; field trips, waiver forms, meet parents, etc. Formal guided tours: Tory Foyer at 2 & 3 pm During the week: Attendance is checked 2X a day; 10 am & 2 pm. Classes must be dismissed at 3pm (no earlier or later).

Monday, May 7 Students who missed the orientation were informed to report in Tory Foyer at 8:15 am School bus drop off area – Prescott Res. Class time: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm Lunch break – Courses 200 – 225 at 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm – Courses 226 – 253 at 12:30 pm -1:30 pm Submit T-shirt sizes

Tuesday, May 8 T-Shirts will be distributed – To be worn on Wednesday Certificates – Check names & spellings!

Wednesday, May 9 Lunch at 12:00 noon Activities in Tory Quad: – Pres. Runte is participating... – BBQ fundraising - $5; – cotton candies; popcorn, balloons, etc.

Thursday, May 10 Certificates & Course Evaluations – will be distributed to instructors – course evaluations will be collected the following day.

Friday, May 11 Course Evaluations Display area in Tory Foyer Post EMCP Reception at 3 pm – At Mike’s Place – Submit receipts, attendance, evaluations, etc. – Drinks and refreshments will be served. – Note: Pay & reimbursement deposited on May 30.
