How We Work With You Table of Contents 1.Mission 2.Vision 3.Meet Our Group 4.The Way We Do Business

Mission We aspire to be known as…  a team with the highest standards of moral and ethical conduct – working to earn client trust day in and day out.  the trusted advisors who work with clients to understand their needs and get the job done from planning, to strategy, to implementation, and ongoing review.  a team where the best people want to work, and where the best customers want to do business.

Vision What we know:  We only have two assets: our clients and our reputation.  All of our clients have one thing in common- time, and no one has enough of it.  That financial assets are merely tools to help our clients achieve their personal goals.  With this in mind, our goal and challenge is to share with clients our collective talents and the tremendous resources of Citi and Smith Barney to help them achieve financial independence and enjoy their time.

Meet Our Group Our collective group of professionals has years of education, training and experience to draw upon when servicing and advising you on your most important financial decisions. Our goal and challenge is to share with you our collective talents and the resources of Citi and Smith Barney. By creating a functional team, our group offers the best of both worlds – group planning with the necessary collection of viewpoints, experience, and talent along with one-on-one personal service for you from a lead financial advisor. Many of our group’s Financial Advisors have completed Smith Barney’s Financial Planning Specialist Program and can help you plan for financial independence and advise you on professional family wealth management.

The Way We Do Business Profile We begin our process by getting to know you. This often begins with open dialog to profile your particular situation and get acquainted with one another. We want to understand those personal goals that you and your family are looking to achieve. We also look to learn about your current financial situation. We have found that our financial profile questionnaire is very helpful in gathering the necessary information to advise you. Having to answer some of the questions and think through some of the issues has been very rewarding for clients as they truly work toward financial independence. A crucial outcome of the profiling process is the establishment of written priorities, goals, objectives, and investment policies. Written Priorities When planning for your financial independence, we cover many aspects of your family, professional, and financial life. By documenting your priorities for you, we create the focus needed to help you achieve them. The same is done with your goals. Whether your goal is to diversify your wealth with tax efficiency from a concentrated investment position over 2 years, or sell your company business and maintain financial independence, we help you create an action plan for focus. Implementation Once we have an articulated plan we know the real value is in its implementation. We give this phase an enormous amount of attention and become like project managers that help you act on plan recommendations. This is often done through an executive summary of the plan that prioritizes key initiatives and attaching dates to key goals and objectives. Our Financial Advisors and Client Service Associates meet with clients typically six to eight times in the first year. Ongoing Evaluation and Reporting Whether your goal is wealth creation, wealth preservation, and/or wealth transfer it is important to breathe fresh air into your planning with regular reviews, updates, and monitoring. Our goal is to provide regular ongoing proactive contact throughout the year in addition to the comprehensive reporting we provide. By referring back to your written priorities and investment policies we can track your progress and make changes as necessary. The Bass Group at Citigroup Global Markets Inc.
