Ajara – AER Member Region 8/28/2015Department of Sport and Youth Affairs3  Since 2002 Ajara is a member of Assembly of European Regions;  Since 2006 participates an exchange program of AER;  Totally 80 students were participated in an exchange program from Ajara Region, they made 3 month internship in Belgium, France, Spain, German and in Portugal;  And the region host 4 students from France, which made their internship in Batumi, Shota Rustaveli State University as a French language teacher;  Program Budget of AER Internship – by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport of Ajara A.R were created special targeted program with budget of EUR 22,000 for the years;  Cooperation – The Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport of Ajara A.R nagotiates with Assembly of European Regions in order to hold a 2012 forum in Ajara, Batumi;
