SC-A3 (High Voltage Equipment) SCA3 meeting, Delft (Netherlands), March 12, ) … Kick-off meeting 5)Decisions: CIGRE WEB tool will be mainly used for documentation/communication exchange file naming convention: A3-14(WG35)IWD_###_tttt_Rrr-xxxxxx (where “14” is the year of document creation, “###” is the document serial number within the year (or incremental?), “tttt” is the document type, “rr” is the revision number, “xxxxxx” is a brief description) 2-3 meetings per year (as needed), for days 4 task leaders were nominated: T. Ohnstad : questionnaires (1 for the manufacturers, 1 for utilities) P. Taillefer : literature survey (assisted by André) A. Mercier : technical brochure and the WEB site C. Deligi (with P. Taillefer) : new logo (because of some copyright concerns) Next meeting in Montréal (A. Mercier will make arrangements)

SC-A3 (High Voltage Equipment) SCA3 meeting, Delft (Netherlands), March 12, ) Homework status 1)Position of secretary is still open 2)WG A3.35 WEB site has been set properly 3)Only 2 members do not have access yet to our site 4)Guidelines have been prepared and sent to members (how to access the site, how to get documents, how to exchange) 5)Interactive database of our initial documentation is now acccessible (abstract, authors, keywords, year, but not yet including the PDF files) 6)A new Logo is being created and the best results will be proposed to members at the next meeting Question to SC A3: Are we allowed to put in our CIGRE WG WEB site the PDF files (from IEEE, CIGRE, etc.) for our internal use?
