Teddy becomes President  1900 McKinley was elected President. In 1901 at the Pan American Expo in Buffalo NY he was shot and killed  VP Teddy Roosevelt is the youngest President in US history at the age of 42.

Square Deal  1. Consumer Progressivism  After reading The Jungle he helps to pass the Meat Inspection act and the Pure Food and Drug Act in 1906  2. Protection of the People  Roosevelt threatens to get involved if any strike threatens the whole nation !
