/ Size up the alternatives. Develop a plan that: Meets goals and objectives Adheres to regulations Aligns practice and provider incentives
Present the information. Translate the data. Distribute recommendations. Present individual physician scorecards.
/ Determine the outcome. Vote and decide: Go with the new plan? Implementation methodology and next steps?
