A Towering Success The challenge: As a team, create the tallest structure Use only the materials provided. We have about 20 minutes to complete the project. Each group will be asked to present your tower and construction organization. The structure must have a “cool” name. Please list and explain the awesome features of your structure.
Tower of Success Reflections How did you feel about the outcome? What important things happened during the build? Surprising? Stressful? What did you learn about teambuilding? How does this apply to your “real” world? What strategies would you use to combat dysfunctional team behavior?
