Smoothie design ( write the name of your smoothie here Your Name Put at least one picture of a smoothie here Slide One: Tile Page

Design Brief ( the brief/description ) Cut & paste the description and place it here from the weebly …… I am the owner of a new café in Torquay, called ‘Pond’ which has recently opened and offers simple modern food and a selection of drinks. The café has already been popular with tourists and locals because it is situated overlooking the magnificent ‘Cosy’ beach. I am looking to expand the drink menu to offer a selection of healthy fruit smoothies. I have noticed that a lot of children and teenagers come into the café with their parents and they are looking for other options besides soft drinks. I want these smoothies to be appealing to teenagers so I am asking Surf Coast Secondary year 7 students to put forward design ideas. These design ideas need to be made and tested, presented, creatively named as well as being photographed. The smoothie photos may be used to promote the smoothies and the café so they should be as professional looking as they can be. The owner wants you to consider good flavor combinations as well as considering an appealing presentation. Good luck and I look forward to seeing your submissions.

Specifications/analyses of the brief Constraints..must haves, the things you need to make the smoothie, and the things Considerations …things you need to consider to successfully make your smoothie ie time, fresh product, allergies, partner,
