Introduction Communication is not only the process of sharing information, it‘s a kind of social interaction. Communication is based on the idea of respect, promises and the want for social improvement.

How do you communicate? Technology has added to the possibilities of travel by horse or the quill pen, and fuelled an expectation of speed of communication which a century ago would have been unthinkable.
