HYGIENE HYGIENE  It is necessary to watch the cleanliness of a body carefully. Not only washing hands and face in the morning, but rubbing the body by wet and rough towel is important. Before going to bed wash hands, face and legs. The pregnant woman should watch to the dirt did not accumulate under the nails.

HYGIENE  The vaginal discharge increases at pregnancy. Accumulating and decaying it promotes multiplication of microbes and can be cause of inflammatory diseases of female genitals. Therefore it is necessary to watch the cleanliness of genitals especially carefully. After each toilet it is recommended to wash away their by warm water with soap (from pubis to anus). You shouldn't syringe without purpose of the doctor. Syringing may destroy vaginal microflora, without of medical control.  The towel for care of genitals should be personal. It should be washed, dried up and pressed by steam iron regularly.

HYGIENE HYGIENE  You should take a shower daily. At absence of conditions, you should have it twice in a week, as minimum.  At absence of contra-indications it is possible to take baths with warm water, to swim in the sea or pool.  It is not allowed to take a steam bath, this will entail premature birth.

HYGIENE  The lingerie should be clean and tidy, changing not less than 1 time in a week. The clothes should be easy, from a natural material.  Narrow jeans, clothes with hard elastic bands on a waist and hips, footwear on high heels, with inconvenient boot-tree do not promote to arrangement conditions for carrying pregnancy.

PREVENTIVE MEASURES OF EXCESSIVE STRETCHING OF ABDOMINAL WALL  You should be carry on a bandage since 5 month. The bandage puts on in a level position with slightly lifted basin. A mandatory requirement for this procedure is 10 minute rest in the bed before it.

HYGIENE  Care of mammary glands is essential procedure to prevent deformation of mamillas and to avoid appearance of chaps. Wash Mammary glands daily by boiled water with children's soap, then rub it with rough towel. It is not recommended to apply ointment, spirit, cologne and other remedy to breasts.  You should mass inverted mamillas 2 last months of pregnancy, 2-3 times a day. For this purpose, you should soil mamilla with forefinger and thumb, and draw it back.

SEXUAL LIFE  This question constantly excites the married couples, expecting addition to the family. A moral barrier - having a dread of the child, of a woman health, of pregnancy termination. It can arise both at one of the future parents, and the both.

BAD HABITS  Smoking  Alcohol  Medicines

SMOKING  Stop to smoke as soon as you have learned that you are pregnant. Smoking during pregnancy deprives a fetus of oxygen. Children of smoking mothers has been born small- for-date or prematurely. Besides the tobacco smoke increases probability of an abortion, a birth of the defective, dead or impractical child.  The more you smoke, the more is risk, therefore give up cigarettes absolutely. If it is not possible for you, reduce their quantity, pass on light cigarettes, be not tightened, smoke a half of cigarette. Even passive smoking is one of the reasons of intra-uterine fetal death. Therefore, preserving the future child, avoid to inhale a tobacco smoke.

ALCOHOL  Unlimited use of alcohol makes baneful influence on development of a fetus. It distorts growth of a fetus, leads to development of anomalies of brain and skeleton, heart diseases.  The risk of a birth of the child with an alcoholic syndrome of a fetus increases. It is impossible to determine what quantity of alcohol is safe, anybody does not know, therefore it is better to not drink during pregnancy in general. It concerns to medicinal tinctures on spirit also.

MEDICINES  Majority of medical products gets through a placenta to a fetus. In the first trimester of pregnancy medical products has been applying only under vital indications. Therefore it is forbidden to take medicines during pregnancy,which have not been registered by the doctor. It concerns to those drugs, which you usually use at easy ail, something like a paracetamol.

REGIMEN OF PREGNANT WOMAN  Arisen changes connected with pregnancy, might affect on work and rest regimen.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY  Pregnant woman shouldn't limit herself in gymnastics,on condition that it does not cause excessive weariness. Tight restrictions are shown at the suspected or confirmed pathology ( isthmic - cervical insufficiency, arterial hypertensia, threatened preterm labor and multiple pregnancy). There are a complex of gymnastics specially developed for pregnant women.

TRIPS  At absence of contra-indications, pregnant woman can travel, even on such types of transport as a plane or a train. To prevent venous stagnation in lower extremities pregnant woman should move every 2 hour.

CONDITIONS OF WORK  During pregnancy woman discharging her work should alternate it to the rest. It is impossible to lift weights, to do sharp movements.  Pregnant woman should be moved on easier work, if it is raised with harm on manufacture, heavy working conditions.  From 20 weeks the pregnant woman should not work in night shifts.

WALK  It is important to walk on fresh air from first day of pregnancy as much as it possible, to ventilate a premise more often.  Fresh air kindly affects on a physical and mental state of the woman, and also on development of a fetus,which is especially sensitive to lack of oxygen. Air baths are very useful: on 20min. a day to walk naked in an apartment, if conditions for this procedure are presence.

THE CONCLUSION  Your pregnancy lasts neither a lot of, no a little, and only 280 days.  You will not have time to look back, it will be delivered.  Enjoy each minute of the new condition.  When else it is possible to feel the whole Universe.  Create all conditions for more comfortable passing of pregnancy and the result will not keep itself waiting long.
