Your Personal Identification Number (PIN)  To activate (or reset) your PIN, please contact a Customer Service Representative at  Representatives are available Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET.  Once you have your PIN, use it along with your 9-digit Customer Number to access your account information online or through the Manulife Customer Service Centre.
