Lessons Learned We wish we would have built this before registry week - we would have had an online liability waiver with a link to the HousingONE donation page It can be difficult to get the stories, so start this right from the beginning Nominate one or two people to develop & approve design Social networking is a powerful tool: be careful what you post!
