2. Registration in a few simple steps Here is a brief introduction to the Alameda County Learning Center. Use these instructions to log onto the site, preview and then register for classes.

4. Searching the Learning Center Course Catalog: All services that Staff Development has offered.

5. Searching the Learning Center Class Catalog: Calendar of current and upcoming events.

6. Searching the Learning Center Curriculum Catalog: List of the collection of courses designed to meet the needs of a person or group

7. Search for a class Click on Class Catalog Click on SSA Classes Click GO

8. Select a class from the schedule Scroll through the catalog. To continue click SELECT next to the class that you wish to register in.

9. Course Details This will take you to a page that displays the Start and End Dates, Times, Location etc of the training To continue, click on the link For registration information click here

10. Sign into the Learning Center Site Enter your Employee ID Enter the first 4 letters of your last name Click OK

11. Class Status and Approval Information On this page you will see the status of the current classes as well as whether approval is necessary To Enroll in the class, click on the link Enroll in this class

12. Approval (cont.) If approval is required, an email will be sent to your immediate supervisor. You will not be officially enrolled in the training unless the supervisor approves this training. Click Yes to continue

13. Enrollment (cont.) Fill out the following form completely and then click OK

14. Status in Class Note that Status in class changed.. It now reads Status in class Enrolled Approval needed. When your supervisor approves the class you will receive confirmation of your enrollment in the class.
