EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS BY THE ROBOT ROCKERS

Storms There are many types of storms that happen all around the world like tornadoes, and sandstorms. Here in Lockport we get windstorms, blizzards, thunderstorms, rain storms, and of course most of them lead to a flood.

Things can change too fast BEFORE A FLOOD AFTER A FLOOD

FLOODS Just recently we had a flood here in Lockport. Many basements were flooded and even an important landmark Wide Waters restaurant. Now us as robot rockers are trying to prepare everybody for the next flood.

EMERGENCY KIT THIS KIT SHOULD CONTAIN……….. Wet wipes Nonperishable food (food that will not go bad) Any medications like eye drops, ointments, medicines and glasses Three day supply of water Band-Aids Q-tips Toilet paper Whistle Battery powered radio and flashlights Extra batteries For any emergency you will need a kit.

KEEP YOUR KIT UP TO DATE Make sure to change your kit as your family changes Try to keep the water and food fresh Throw out any food that is dented or gone bad

Floods are a big thing Floods are nothing to mess around with. Floods are so big you could loose your own home.

If there is a flood………… Stay inside If your basement is flooded stay out Stay away from the flood water
