Summary The book the girl who could fly was a great book. I thought that this was a hilarious, action packed yet nice novel. This wasn’t a very hard read but it had a really interesting concept, so I would suggest this book to anyone from a junior to adult reader. This book starts out with Piper, her Ma and Pa going to the Lowland picnic. The kids all play a game of baseball, but the kids there don’t think that she is good so they put her on the bench. Piper gets mad and when the next ball was hit flew to catch the baseball everyone discovers her secret: she can fly. When she gets home dozens of news reporters from all over the world come to Pipers house to interview her. After that, Dr. Hellion comes and offers Piper a chance to go to the school called I.N.S.A.N.E (Institute for Normalcy Stability And NonExceptionality). Piper decides to go to the school, but it isn’t what she expects. She soon finds out that they are doing strange thing there and she wants to leave, but leaving isn't as easy as Piper and the other students expect! To find out what happens next you will have to read the book!
