eatcomplete is a Johnson & Johnson initiative that provides employees with the opportunity to easily access and enjoy more of the foods that matter for life, such as lean proteins, whole grains, fruits, vegetables and beans. Eurest is pleased to partner with Global Health Services to provide you with catering options to help you make healthy food choices throughout the day. If there are special arrangements that need to be made outside of the information listed in this brochure, call our management team to assemble a custom catered event that meets your needs. It’s our goal to make your job as easy as possible and to meet and exceed your expectations. Food Allergic Guests Please note that we will make every effort to accommodate special requests. However, due to our open kitchens that handle the major allergens, gluten and other ingredients for the preparation of other menu items, we cannot guarantee that items will be completely “free” of any ingredient. While we make every effort to avoid cross-contact, the potential for cross-contact does still exist. We encourage guests to ask to speak to the Chef or Manager regarding any questions about the ingredients contained in the food being considered. RESERVATIONS: We ask that all reservations be placed as early as possible. Please complete a "catering request form" at least two working days prior to your event with an 10-guest minimum. We understand that impromptu requests are sometimes necessary, and we will make every effort to accommodate those requests. If you have not received confirmation of your request within 24 hours, please give us a call. All orders will be confirmed the night before your scheduled event. CANCELLATIONS: We realize that emergency cancellations may occur, and we’ll do our best to avoid any cancellation charges. Should any charges occur, they will only be for specially ordered food products or prepared food that cannot be utilized. spring summer 2015 catering menu Contact Amy Giordano Have engaged and focused employees at your next meeting by providing the right food choices outlined in the Guide for Healthy Meetings found online at
