Terms and Conditions All prices exclude delivery Confirmation of order: A confirmation of order must be sent via Cancellation: A cancelation fee of 50% of the total function billing will be charged to the client for any cancellation made 24hrs prior to commencement of the function Payment terms: The payment terms as stipulated on the signed confirmation of the order will apply Hiring: R Caterers takes no responsibility for loss or damage of any goods of client for catering use. Staff: Staff are charged by the hour at a minimum of 4 hours per function. Should the staff exceed the stipulated hours, the client will be billed accordingly Prices are subject to change without prior notice Delivery: Delivery may be delivered approximately 2 hours before scheduled delivery time.
