 Are the objectives of the project known by all people involved in it?  Do team members understand the mobilities as a tool to achieve the objectives?  Is it clear the difference between a study visit and a project meeting?  Do you consider that the knowledge of specialized training systems of other countries can serve for mutual improvement?  Do you consider there are “networks or opportunities” to move between countries as an objective? A work team will be assembled within each partner. This team will define the necessary strategy for achieving the planned objectives.  Team Members:  Is it clear who are the partners and participants in this project? (a list of all the participants)  Is it intended that all members of the team participate along all the project?
