3 Individualized Education Program (IEP) An Individualized Education Program (IEP) is a document that illustrates the goals that a school and you have for your child that has a disability.

4 Members if the IEP team You the parent of the child that has the disability At least one regular education teacher At least one special education teacher Representative of the local educational agency At least one person who can explain the evaluation If wanted by you or other people involved with the education of your child a person who has knowledge or special expertise regarding your child Your child should be present if feasible
