Safer Internet Day ‘How can we create a better internet?’ Whole school assemblies. Whole school activities. Age appropriate ideas and activities. Emphasis on creating ideas for apps/games/websites. Y5/6 Internet Use Survey

Steps in school. Children are monitored by an adult at all times when on the internet. Use given websites and when researching using keywords the teacher has searched for already. Know the system for reporting any inappropriate content- immediately tell staff. LGfL filtering system. No access to social networking/most games websites. E-Safety Incident book
