I NTRODUCTION “Microsoft Word 2007 is a powerful authoring program that gives you the ability to create and share documents by combining a comprehensive set of writing tools with the easy-to-use Microsoft Office Fluent user interface”(Microsoft.com). Word 2007 helps users to quickly create professional looking documents by providing a variety of new enhanced tools, such as predefined parts and styles, and being able to compose and publish blogs directly from within Word. The process manual for Microsoft Word 2007 will help basic entry level users learn how to create blog postings.

H OW TO CREATE A B LOG POSTING Step 1: Click -on the Start button in the lower left corner of the screen, Click -on All Programs, Click -on Microsoft Office, Click on Microsoft Word 2007.

H OW TO CREATE A B LOG P OSTING Step 2: Click the Microsoft Office Button in the upper right hand corner. Click on New. In the New Document window, click on New Blog Post. Click on Create in the lower left hand corner.

HOW TO CREATE A BLOG POSTING Step 3: When you click on new Blog post The Blog Post window opens, and a popup dialog box asks you to register your blog account. Click on register now.
